Terms of Use

The online store's products are sold by Metsäkosmetiikka Oy (business ID 3130577-1, VAT ID FI31305771), Liikkalnkuja 4, 00950 Helsinki. We sell products to private individuals of legal age in Finland and to limited numbers of EU countries within the EU tax and customs area (i.e. we do not deliver to e.g. the Åland Islands, the Canary Islands or Norway). 

Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.

Ordering

As a rule, products are ordered via the internet from the address www.heiluonto.com or www.heiluonto.fi via the shopping basket. All orders are confirmed by email, which states the price of the order, shipping costs and the ordered products. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. The customer commits to the delivery conditions in force with each order.
