PURPOSE OF USE OF THE REGISTER
The purpose of the register is to maintain and archive heiluonto.com's customer relations. The information can be used for operational development and statistical purposes. Personal data is processed within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act.
INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE REGISTER
The personal register contains the following information:
- Person's first and last name
- Email address
- Postal address
- Telephone number
- Information on processed and pending orders

- Tag and "pixel" files that collect information about how you use our site (e.g. which of our pages you visit, at what time and on which day, from which IP address you visit our site)

Your data may be transferred outside of Europe, such as to Canada and the United States. If you live in Europe, you have the right to access your personal data that we have about you and ask us to change, update or delete it where appropriate. COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL
The rights to the images on our pages are owned by either the importer, marketer or manufacturer of the products, from whom we have also received permission to use the relevant image material and product text. In addition, some of the image material is taken by animoto.com / squarespace.com, which also owns the copyright and related rights. (TekOikL § 1 24.3.1995/446)
The use of images without the permission of the owner of the image rights or their use without an agreement is prohibited. An operator who uses visual material for commercial purposes accepts the conditions below:
- For the original or changed image material owned by heiluonto.com, a monetary payment per image must be made.
Disagreements arising from the above conditions, which cannot be resolved through mutual negotiations between the parties, will be dealt with in the Iisalmi district court.
Non-commercial use of heiluonto.com's unaltered images is possible when heiluonto.com is used as the source address of the image. Heiluonto.com reserves the right to monitor their use.
