Terms of delivery

General

All products are sold as is.
The prices include the value-added tax.
Payment methods are Stripe as a payment processor.

The delivery method is the services of Posti.
The purchase receipt or invoice copy should be kept for error liability.
Unused and unopened products have a 14-day right of return.

Shipping regions

We only ship to Finland (excluding Åland), Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Germany, and Denmark regions at max weight 23kg.

    ** Free home delivery for orders over €189. (only for domestic transport)

2) Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania)

  • €11.90 - Posti package size S (11 x 32 x 42cm)

Delivery time

We always process and pack your order as quickly as possible. We deliver orders for same-day shipping if they have arrived by 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. The delivery time is 1-3 business days. If the ordered product is not available due to an incorrect stock balance or for some other reason we are unable to deliver it in the above time, we will contact you by email and agree on a later delivery or refund of the payment already made. Orders are delivered according to the selected delivery method.

Lost shipments

If the product is lost, contact our customer service at info@heiluonto.com.

Receiving Shipment

When the shipment arrives, check the contents of the shipment carefully by also opening the packaging papers.

In case of possible packaging errors, contact our customer service. Keep the package and the packing papers that came inside it until the matter is resolved.

Broken Shipments

If you can see from the package that it has been clearly damaged during transport (e.g. a leak is visible or the box is broken), the package must be left unclaimed or delivered unopened to the office and a damage report must be made to the transport company. If product damage is detected after opening the package, it is recommended to take the shipment as it is to the office of the transport company. The damage compensation form must be filled out at the office, after which the transport company makes a compensation decision.

We send packages properly packed. If the transport company's compensation decision is negative, please contact us, we will then take care of making the claim for damages and take care of other necessary measures. Remember to keep the compensation decision you received. We cannot replace broken products until Posti has issued its compensation decision.
