Returns and Refunds 

The customer is entitled to a 14-day return policy. This policy is applicable only to new, unopened, unused, and resalable products in their original packaging.

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service via email (info@heiluonto.com) for guidance on the return process. When initiating a product return, kindly print and complete the return forms provided by our customer service. Make sure to include your name and the order number associated with the product return. Ship the return to the attention of Metsäkosmetiikka Oy. Product returns are free of charge.

For products shipped abroad, product returns are at the customer's own responsibility, and there is no free return policy for international deliveries. For returns coming from outside Finland, please contact our customer service at (info@heiluonto.com). Please note that the return is at the customer's own expense.

We do not accept returns beyond 14 days after the customer has received the order. Once a product return is approved, we will notify you via email, and the refund will be directly credited to your account within 14 days of receiving and processing the return. If the payment method is a credit card, the refund will be reflected on your credit card statement. The customer will be reimbursed for the actual amount paid for the product, even if the price has changed since the original purchase. In the event that you haven't received acknowledgment within 14 days from sending the return, please contact our customer service at (info@heiluonto.com).

If the returned product is not in 'as new' condition, we will not refund the price. If such a product is returned to the customer, it will be done at the customer's expense. An unclaimed shipment is not considered a return, and if your package is returned to us as unclaimed, we reserve the right to deduct up to 20 euros from the refund amount as a delivery and handling fee. If you wish, we can resend the package, and in this case, we will charge a fee ranging from 6.90 to 49.90 euros depending on the delivery method and destination.

Product returns from business customers

The return policy does not apply to business customers of the Hei Luonto online store. If you are a business customer who needs to return an order or part of an order, please contact our customer service at (info@heiluonto.com).
